Before September 2006 we were known as NEI Russia, NEI Representative office in Moscow. We were one of the first consulting companies staffed with local experts and successful in working in Russia and CIS for international donors and IFIs. With time, international donors reduced their assistance, and our situation changed. To enhance our market opportunities, Ecorys took the decision to set up a national organization, ECORYS-NEI LLC.

We were starting not from scratch – we were already an experienced team backed by our colleagues from Ecorys Netherlands. At the same time, we were entering local market - a new market with different rules of game and unknown players, and that required from us much effort.

Now, five years later, we can say that we have succeeded: we have achieved financial stability, the results of our activities are highly appreciated by the clients, and demand for our services is high. We’re looking into the future with much hope and enthusiasm.

On this day of the 21st of September, when we’re celebrating our birthday, we’d like to thank our colleagues and friends from EU for all they have already done and continue to do for our development. We look forward to our new joint opportunities in Russia and worldwide.

WE ARE:

…only five, and we’re full of energy and curiosity. We’re ready to move forward and to learn.

…already five, and we know a lot and can do many things.

…only five, and we’re courageous and flexible. We’re exploring numerous opportunities.

…already five, and we’re well-known. We have won good reputation and confidence.

…only five. We’re still growing, and we promise a lot!
